Our Policies

1. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that clients do not bring extra guests or children to their appointments.
2. Please schedule your appointment at a time when you are not rushed or on a tight schedule, as our stylists perform best when they can work without pressure.
3. Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Appointments requested outside of these hours will incur an additional fee of $20 per hour.
4. Sisterloc reties start $220 and include a shampoo if done within six weeks. A $20 fee will be added for each additional week beyond the six-week window.
5. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.
6. Appointments cancels if a client is more than 15 mins late, no refund will be issued unless a late fee, 30% of the service fee, is paid. Punctuality and preparation help us deliver the best service to you and all our valued clients, booked for the.day. Thank you for your understanding.
7. We kindly ask that all appointment reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
8. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 30% rescheduling fee, based on the total cost of the booked service.
9. We may take photos or videos of our work for marketing and educational purposes Our primary focus is capturing the hair from the back and sides. We respect our clients’ privacy, so we will not include your face in photos or videos unless you have given us permission and are comfortable being featured.
